Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.
How the forms work
Form details are assembled in your browser. Selecting “Continue on WhatsApp” passes those details to WhatsApp as a draft for you to review. You then choose whether to send it to the factory. This website does not submit enquiries to its own database, and filling in a form alone does not send the enquiry to the factory. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email.
Retention
The factory retains customer messages for five years. You may use the email address below to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements. Relevant legal obligations are taken into account when considering these requests.
External services
WhatsApp and email services deliver and process messages through those channels. Their providers’ policies apply, including provisions about processing locations and retention. Map and Tamrati links lead to independent services governed by their own policies. This website’s code does not add advertising analytics or visitor-tracking tools. The hosting platform may process technical data needed to operate and protect its service.
